For those of you who don’t know who Tracy Anderson is, here’s a look:
She’s amazing and she’s transforming my body.
Tracy has a whole heap of workout DVDs available to everyone:

- Dance Cardio
- Dance Cardio II
- Beginner Dance Cardio
- Metmorphosis Continuity
By far her latest and greatest program Metamorphosis is the best. Firstly, there’s 4 programs for the four body types:
- hipcentric - gain weight around hips/thighs
- abcentric - gain weight around tummy
- glutecentric - gain weight around butt
- omnicentric - either gain weight evenly all over or are looking for a general all-over body workout
The program is split into 10 day programs, whereby you complete 10 days of each muscular structure level (30 mins a day, one day off a week) as well as her cardio (30 mins a day, one day off a week). By changing up the musular structure/transformation exercises every 10 days your body and muscles can’t get used to the exercises and therefore DO NOT PLATEAU!!! Plateauing is one of the hardest things that I have personally come across in the past, but the TAM truly combats this. As long as you maintain consistency and choose the program that’s right for you, you’re set to achieve the perfect body.
The original Metamorphosis is a 90 day program. However, Tracy is continuously recording new workouts and these can be accessed through her Continuity workouts. You don’t have to choose the same body type/centric again and you can focus on a different problem area!
